OUR FARMS of
SPANISH RED PARTRIDGE

Fuenmayor farm

After 16 seasons raising in our farm in Fuenmayor, La Rioja, in 2020 we decided to build a farm only for the production of eggs and day-old chickens for the national and international supply.

For us, the most important thing is the genetics and morphology of the national red partridge, and after achieving what we were looking for, we decided to multiply it with the same criteria as when we raised with our 700 mothers from the countryside, following the policy of our original idea from when we started. this adventure of breeding red partridge in captivity in 2005 "let us breed what we breed that is of excellent quality and wild origin that guarantees the genetic quality of the species"

Santa Cruz del Fierro Farm

Our red partridge farm is located in Santa Cruz del Fierro (Álava), a population dependent on the City Council of Berantevilla (Álava).

Located on the southern slopes of the Sierra Cantabria, very close to the County of Treviño (Castilla y León), and next to the Inglares river, it occupies an area of 22,000 m2.
Its geographical location makes our farm an ideal place for breeding red partridge.

The Cinegética Serjoran farm has more than 3,000 m2 of covered area and in it are installed breeding and rearing parks of partridges, the rest are part of the buildings with zenith opening belonging to flyers.

The farm is divided into 38 mini-farms that ensure good sanitation, handling and isolation of the Partridges. The periphery of the farm remains completely opaque by means of panels that avoid contact with human beings and safeguard the wild instinct of the birds.

At our farm we take care of the entire process involved in the breeding and sale of the Spanish red partridge. We raise them in individual rooms, absolutely sanitized and directed for each task. The voladeros are very extensive and not overcrowded open areas, with which, they are raised in an environment very similar to their natural environment.

We take care of every detail to make sure that every part of the process is executed flawlessly. Thus, we ensure that the quality of our partridges continues to be at a much higher level than other farms.

OUR SERVICES

Fuenmayor farm

After 16 seasons raising in our farm in Santa Cruz del Fierro, Álava, in 2020 we decided to build a farm in Fuenmayor, La Rioja.

From this new farm, we are dedicated only to the production of eggs and "day old chickens" for the national and international supply.

For us the most important thing is the genetics and morphology of the national red partridge.

After analysing, thanks to the UCM "Complutense University of Madrid", our 700 mothers from the countryside, we were able to verify that they had 100% genetic purity.

This obliges us annually to continue with these analyses from the UCM, in order to guarantee our clients the traceability that we demand of ourselves.

Our policy originated in 2005, when we started our adventure of breeding red partridge in captivity. Thanks to our work, whatever we breed, we always wanted the quality, at the end of the process, to be excellent, of wild origin and with a genetic quality guaranteed thanks to the species.
