About us

Cinegética Serjoran is a hunting farm specialised in the breeding and sale of the Spanish red partridge - alectoris rufa.

Our red partridge farm is located in Santa Cruz del Fierro (Álava), a wonderful place, bordering the communities of Castilla y León and La Rioja.

At Cinegética Serjoran we manage all the steps of partridge breeding, from the moment they are born, grow and acquire their character and strength, until they are released in the field, which is when our work ends.

Our Farms

Santa Cruz del Fierro

Our red partridge farm is located in Santa Cruz del Fierro (Álava), a population dependent on the City Council of Berantevilla (Álava).
Its geographical location makes our farm an ideal place for breeding red partridge.

Fuenmayor

Red partridge farm located in Fuenmayor (La Rioja).
After 16 seasons raising in our farm in Fuenmayor in 2020 we decided to build a farm only for the production of eggs and day-old chickens for the national and international supply.
